Reservations
All reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card. The name on the credit card must match that of the guest unless a Credit Card Authorization form has been submitted. To submit a credit card authorization, please click here. Promotional, negotiated rates and other offers may not be combined with another. All promotional and negotiated rates are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates are quoted at time of booking and may differ at the time of stay; these rates are final and may not be adjusted. Paramount Hotel Seattle reserves the right to cancel or modify offers and promotions at any time.
Arrival Process
The minimum age to check in is 21 years old. All hotel guests must provide government issued ID and valid credit card at time of check in. The first and last name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation. The credit card provided will be authorized for the full amount of the reserved stay inclusive of room and tax, as well as a $75 per night deposit. If there are no additional charges to the room, the deposit will be released upon check out. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to release the hold. If the funds in question are not released back to your account within 5 business days, please contact your financial institution.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
Pre-pay reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, a charge for the full amount of reserved nights will be issued to the method of payment on file; this also applies to cancelling a portion of the stay.
Reservations must be canceled by 12:00 P.M. PST, 2 days prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or changes to a reservation which occur within the 48-hour window prior to the arrival date will incur a fee equal to one night room and tax and will be issued to the method of payment on file. Modifications to departure date follow the same requirement of 48-hour advance notice, inclusive of in-house guests adjusting a departure date.
Reservations that fail to check in on their scheduled date of arrival or 'no-show,' will be charged the full cost of 1 night room & tax. Pre-paid reservations that no-show are not eligible for refund.
Valet Parking
Our facility offers valet parking only.
Standard vehicle charges: $61.00 per day, inclusive of taxes
Paramount Hotel Seattle Valet Services cannot accommodate vehicles larger than standard size. There are multiple public access parking lots near the hotel for your convenience. The IMPARK lot located on 8th Avenue and Pine Street and IMPARK lot located on 6th Avenue and Olive Way are both nearby surface parking lots without height restrictions which accommodate large vehicles. Paramount Hotel Seattle reserves the right to amend pricing at any time.
Pet Policy
Hotel Policy asserts allowance of service animals only. The ADA recognizes dogs exclusively as service animals. Upon arrival, please provide information as it relates to the task or service the dog is trained to execute to assist with disability. Please be prepared to make alternate accommodations for your pet if it does not fulfill ADA requirements; reservations cancelled due to guest inability to make alternate accommodations for a pet are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Smoking Hotel
Pursuant to RCW 70.160.020, The Paramount Hotel Seattle is a 100% non-smoking facility, which includes both tobacco and cannabis. If a guest room is found to have odors of tobacco or cannabis, substance, residue and/or paraphernalia, a $500 fine will be added to the final receipt to cover cleaning costs. Our first concern is the comfort of each guest with whom we share our home. Use of tobacco or cannabis products is both a fire and safety hazard. As such, Hotel management reserves the right to knock and enter a guest room to investigate possible violations, regardless of a 'Do Not Disturb,' sign.
Shipping and Receiving
A handling and storage fee of $20 will be applied to final receipt for packages (regardless of size & weight) received on your behalf more than 24 hours before your day of arrival. Furthermore, all Forwarding and/or Return to Sender fees are the responsibility of the guest. When sending parcels to the hotel, kindly ensure the name on the package matches the name on the reservation. Paramount Hotel Seattle is not liable for missing or damaged packages.
Housekeeping
Paramount Hotel Seattle follows key social and environmental guidelines to conserve natural resources. To reduce water and energy consumption, our housekeeping service is only provided every other day for reservations staying three nights or more. The hotel participates in a recycling and compost program to reduce waste. Please call Guest Services if you require additional room amenities or need any trash appropriately discarded during your stay.
